References to specific frameworks (CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, the EU AI Act, etc.), threat actors, security incidents, and vendors describe public information available at the time of writing. Frameworks, regulations, and threat landscapes change; we make no guarantee that content reflects the current state of any framework or regulation.
A consulting or assessment relationship with Genesis Solutions begins only upon execution of a separate written engagement agreement.
3. Intellectual property

If you submit information through the contact form, by email, or through any other means, you grant Genesis Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate scope for a potential engagement, and maintain our records. We will not publish your information without your permission.
We treat the contents of inquiries as confidential consistent with industry practice for prospective consulting engagements. For formal confidentiality protection prior to an engagement, request a mutual NDA.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF SITE CONTENT.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENESIS SOLUTIONS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Genesis Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the Site.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer-protection rules apply, those rules are not waived by this clause.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the new version to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
12. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genesis Solutions regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements.
